As co-founder of one of Australia’s first ASX-listed medicinal cannabis companies, Patty has played an integral role in establishing, supporting, and advocating for the medicinal cannabis industry. Patty is a multilingual C-suite executive with a unique blend of skills, from creating strategic vision through to hands-on execution where required. Her experience ranges from company establishment and personnel recruitment, to strategic business review development and successful realisation of commercial campaigns. She is passionate about improving patient access and advancing medical knowledge, and champions research and regulatory reform.

Fiona has over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry encompassing prescription, over-the-counter (OTC), and complementary medicine portfolios, with a particular interest in medicinal cannabis. She has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and pharmacovigilance, including greenfield creation and management of scientific departments. Fiona’s working environments range from multinational affiliates and start-ups, through to manufactures, both contract and head office. Fiona is a passionate about helping people find tailored solutions to complex issues.

Medical Affairs Consultant

Following a PhD in medicine, Rachel has developed over 14 years’ experience in medical communication, project management, data analysis, and research in diverse medico-scientific fields from cannabinoids to cardiology. She has an up-to-date knowledge of scientific cannabinoid literature enabling her to create content for a broad range of materials including educational modules, regulatory scheduling submissions, and detailed product information for overseas regulators.
